Climatic chamber
The total volume of the test climatic chamber available within the Advantech TIME laboratory is 5 x 3.5 x 3 m. This provides results that conform to multiple international standards in terms of temperature and humidity interval as well as air speed distribution.
Measurement and uses
The Advantech Time climatic chamber is the result of careful design, finalized at obtaining an instrument that is capable of satisfying the test requirements imposed by multiple standards. The chamber is horizontal flow type, with air speed distribution that is uniform and less than 0.15m/s.
As an example, it can be used for:
- fabric care devices (tumble dryers, washing machines, washer-dryers)
- household or industrial fridges or freezers
- household or industrial ovens
- heat pumps up to 7kW
- verification of the thermal dissipation capacity for electric or electronic components in general
