Acoustic intensimetry
Thanks to acoustic intensmetry, we supply effective support for product research and development activities. Through this, in fact, it is possible to carry out different types of measurements, from defining the sound power level to identifying the sources, easily adapting to the different geometric and dimensional characteristics of the device or tested components.
Measurement and uses
The instrumentation used is based on a complete Bruel & Kier measurement system, constantly updated and calibrated. Based on project requirements, it is possible to carry out different types of measurements and/or processing of acquired data, as in:
- 2D/3D spatial mapping of the acoustic emission of the device
- identification and classification of the noise sources, with both spatial and frequency analysis
- sound power level measurement according to ISO 9614-1/2; ANSI S12.12; ECMA 160
- detection of sound pressure in specific points
